Graybridge is a real estate development and construction firm focused on the for-sale and residential construction market in Washington, DC. Founded by John Fitzgerald, Graybridge develops and builds unique residences, one client at a time.

Prior to founding Graybridge, John studied Civil and Construction Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and later received a master’s degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. For nearly a decade John was an adjunct professor at the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins teaching Real Estate Development. While working for companies such as the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Archon Group, and 1788 Holdings he spent decades years building, renovating and developing office buildings, apartments, single family homes, condominiums, and numerous other types of real estate throughout the United States with a focus on the East Coast. Wanting to focus purely on the residential market, Graybridge was founded with the sole purpose of delivering the vision of home to our clients.

DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

We and our equity partners acquire value add residential properties to renovate/sell or add to our rental portfolio. We acquire the land or an existing asset, entitle the project, oversee the full construction and finally, based on market conditions, will decide on the best positioning of the property.

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

As a licensed General Contractor, we provides construction services for our clients including new homes, additions and interior renovations.

We are a high energy and attentive developer and builder that take on one project at a time to ensure it is performed at the highest level for our clients.
